Golding Farms Foods interview questions

Went through multiple rounds of interviews with the recruiting firm. They provided some "coaching", I then got to an interview with the CEO, he seemed arrogant. Two years has passed and I am still waiting to hear back from both the recruiting firm and CEO (although they may have canned him - profitability was less than 10% and no cash flow generation at the time I interviewed, so probably made sense to get someone more qualified)
