Interview
There were 4 rounds in the interview process. After the initial HR shortlisting, I was given a design assignment to complete. The next round was with a Junior Designer, where we discussed my approach, design decisions, and overall thought process. This was followed by a round with the Lead Designer, focused more deeply on problem-solving, product thinking, and visual/design execution. The final round was an HR discussion covering general fit, communication, and role-related details.

Extremely disappointing experience. First they scheduled a call and didn't turn up. Second time when they did turn up, a 1/2 hour interview was stretched to more than 1 hour where it felt like the interviewer just came to demotivate you and pick out faults in anything you presented. He kept picking more projects to discuss. At one point, he was literally arguing and not willing to listen to any reasoning. It demotivated me so much. I was scared to interview at any other company. Not at all what I expected as a Junior designer. They didn't even send a generic "sorry you're not moving to the next round" text. Highly unprofessional conduct.
