Golden Eagle Distributors interview questions

A Golden Eagle Employee notified me that he was leaving, and his position would be available.I submitted my application. I was then called in for the interview. The Branch Manager conducted the interview. I was offered the position the same day. I was there for 28 years, until the business was sold.

This operation is truly a joke. I walked in to the interview in a full suit with a professional resume, only to simply be walked through the warehouse and subsequently offerred the job. The only input given to me through the entire process was " this is a physical job. Can you do it?" By just saying yes, I got the job. It was all downhill from there. Drug use, unsafe work environments, continual patterns of disrespect, under qualified management, and hypocritical actions occurred on a daily basis. Best of luck to anyone who applies here, but after 2 years with this company, I could no longer stand the unethical/unsafe and disappointing operations of this branch.
