I did a group virtual interview on the 26, was told that they would let us know if they wanted to move forward or not that same day, I got an email saying they wanted to move forward with the interview process and they sent me a questionnaire to fill out also requested a screenshot of my internet speed, I filled the questionnaire out same day, then next day provided them a screenshot of the speed that met the standards since it’s a remote job. I have not heard anything back since, I followed up a week later because training was starting that following month on the 12th, and didn’t get a response. Now it’s the 13th with no response still. Is the company known for ghosting people like this?

Fairly simple, group vibe check/interview where we met a recruiter who told us about the position and asked questions. They prepared us for our one on one interviews with the hiring manager for the contact center.
