The interview process involved me applying and meeting with the chief and other officers. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. There didn't seem to be much diversity within the department, but then again, this is New Hampshire. The whole atmosphere was friendly and encouraging, as I was surrounded by like-minded individuals. I was asked questions like what are my greatest strengths, my greatest weaknesses and my history was thoroughly reviewed.
