I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goddard Technologies in Sept 2024
Interview
Someone from the company reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an initial call, which seemed promising. Reached out after weeks of complete silence. Got a response the week after saying the team was busy and they'd try to get me feedback by the end of the week.
End of the week comes and goes with no update. I follow up the following Monday and get a response that feedback hasn't been receive yet and they apologize for the inconvenience.
Noon, the next day, I get a generic rejection email. When asked for feedback, which I was told I would get the week earlier, I was told there wasn't any to give.

I applied online. I interviewed at Goddard Technologies (Beverly, MA) in Jul 2023
Interview
My experience was a very personable interview that flowed like a normal conversation. They only asked very reasonable questions and they're kind people. They didn't ask any hard technical questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goddard Technologies (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2019
Interview
The interviewer was more than 20 minutes late. The interview itself was much longer then anticipated.
We reviewed my portfolio of work and also some current projects. Pretty standard questions, nothing too technical.
After the interview, I spoke with the recruiter about how it went. She was confused that no one let me know the position had already been filled and the interview still took place. Basically I used vacation time and waited 20 mins to interview for a position that wasn't available.
However, looking closer at the position, interviewer and company it was discovered that Goddard was opening a new office on the west coast by recruiting a competitor's engineer.
I would highly recommend avoiding this company. Does not seem like a good place to work at, but also to do business with; as they clearly lack business ethics and common decency.
