I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Goalbook
Interview
The interview process was heinous. 7 interviews in all, in many of which the same questions are asked over and over again. 3 of 4 employees were late to interviews. When asked about benefits, I was told to read a blog post from 2 years ago (which I had already done). During my 5th interview the employee (who was yet again late) sat in silence for 2 minutes while trying to find any remaining questions to ask - she also said “let’s just sit here for a few more minutes in case anything comes up.” ….. The 5th interview was absolutely unnecessary and put a bad taste in my mouth. Why would I want to work somewhere that can’t decide whether or not someone is a good fit for the company after 3 or 4 interview rounds?! 7 is outrageous. Their interview practices need to be revisited.
I had an onsite initial interview with HR. The interview was on a Friday so there weren't many people at the office. Since it was an initial interview it was general questions about my experience and my interest in working for the company. The interviewer was professional and clear explaining what the expectations for the position were.
