The interview for this position is conducted in two stages. The first stage is an online video meeting with HR, lasting half an hour, conducted in a rapid-fire question-and-answer style, with not much opportunity for the candidate to ask questions.
The second stage takes place on-site and involves a timed sales simulation. Candidates will be provided with a sales presentation and a Q&A set on the spot, and given half an hour to prepare. After preparation, the BD manager and the boss will join the session to conduct the following assessments:

Thoroughly study the "50 Sales Questions" and the "50 Sales FAQs" and prepare a presentation for this brand (30 mins).
Role-play with the interviewers (30 mins).
