1. Some basic programming concept and without algorithm question.
2nd onsite interview:
1. Experiences introduction and thesis summarization.
2. Job description explanation.
3. Future work and role discussion.

its quite standard , but too ego when not in the place . too high turnover rate of employee , 50% of company and 905 of BD dept. Try not to reply much to its strange challenges .
