I was contacted by the HR director regarding a previous application for a HRBP role and their urgent need to hire. I had phone interview with the HR director and a week later I was Interviewed again by the HR director and two other HRBP’s. Very unprofessional organization because they ghosted me and I never heard back even after several email attempts. Terrible organization and terrible communication.
