I've got 2 interviews with them, the 1st one was a very good experience overall, it was conducted by the HR personnel (typical questions about myself, who I am, certificates, studies, etc.), the 2nd one was with the business development department, which was a horrible experience, as I will explain below:
- Relating to my studies, I've got told the following: 'You have a bachelor's degree, not a master'. Instead of just asking me: Do you have in mind doing a master's degree?, Was there a reason of why you don't have a master's degree?, etc... Which is the approach I've got in other interviews.
- There was a question regarding my maths knowledge:
- Int: Are you good with numbers?
- Me: Yes, of course, etc...
- Int: Well, unfortunately the position has nothing to do with numbers.
I mean, What was the point behind making that question?
Furthermore, I've got asked if I wanted to work as a Sales Trader (which is not the position I've got told in the 1st interview), and no information about the position itself was given.
