Good. Interviewer was very helpful and friendly. I was quickly put at ease. Lots of information was provided about what the role entailed and what expectations were. Approachable staff and a lovely experience

Interview
Very direct competency based questions, asking only relevant questions about how you would signpost to a participant, how you would deal with someone who is complaining about a situation. Preferably suited to someone from inside the industry, although anyone with sales or customer service experience would find the interview easy enough to manage. Also, through my own personal interview, when the company was explained in detail, nothing was left out, absolutely no "patter" about the company. Everything was explained directly about the role, and what the role entails
