Il processo di selezione si è svolto in diverse fasi, a partire da un primo contatto con HR fino a uno o più colloqui con i responsabili di area. L’ambiente è stato generalmente professionale, con un buon equilibrio tra domande comportamentali e approfondimenti sul ruolo.
