The interview process was structured, transparent, and supportive from start to finish. It began with a technical assessment, followed by a one-hour technical interview, and then a cultural/leadership interview with department heads. After progressing, I completed a personality assessment and later had a final meeting with the CEO. Communication was always clear, professional, and encouraging throughout the entire process.
