Interview
I had a very positive first call with the recruiter, which was well-structured and STAR-oriented. However, when it came to the second stage with the Hiring Manager, I experienced some difficulties. The initial video platform crashed and prevented me from joining. While the interview was rescheduled, I only received the new Google Meet link one day before the call, after having to follow up multiple times. Unfortunately, the Hiring Manager did not join the rescheduled meeting, and despite my attempts to contact the recruiter (including sharing a screenshot of the issue), I never received any further communication.
Additionally, the role was repeatedly described as “not a 9-to-5 job,” which, combined with the salary offered (around €30k), gave me concerns about workload and compensation balance.

El reclutador estaba muy bien preparado, lo que contribuyó a que la reunión se desarrollara de manera fluida y sin ningún tipo de estrés. Me sentí cómoda durante todo el proceso y estoy muy satisfecha con la experiencia

interview time was agreed by available time in calendar. Everything was on time. A lot of materials about the company before the interview. Everything was good, but seems that recruiter is not going deep with candidates to understand the strong and weak side. Simple talking. Interview was very fast
