4 phases. Initial phase was a conversation with the talent recruiter 2nd with hiring manager 3rd with 1 colleague from the team and a manager 4th with director of sales I only did the first interview but was not very impressed with the company, particularly the salary offer (19-25K base) with a term contract, nor was I aligned with the mentality of being super available 24/7 and doing everythihg outside of my job description even at my own deteriment so I expressed that to the recruiter and that I was not interested.
