There are 3 interviews. 1. HR interview. 2. Technical assignment in 5 days. 3. Assignment review + culture alignment, group interview with team with 2 people, yet the team leader dropped off the call midway without saying anything, he sat there and yawned throughout the interview, very unprofessional and disrespectful. They told to wait around two weeks for the result. Two weeks passed, they never got back either a yes or no, until I asked for result, yet they threw a feedback survey for the interview process. From what happened, it’s unprofessional and disrespectful for somewhere declared to shine bright and non-vanilla in culture and feedback giving.
