La premier contact apr mail était par le responsable opération régional , après on m envoi une date pour un entretien avec le DRH région, ( entretien passe exceptionnel) , le pire c'est que depuis silence radio pire j ai relancé a deux reprises par mail le directeur opération mais aucun retour. Très déçu même pas une simple réponse à un mail ( après deux relances ) , c est pas ainsi avec autant d irrespect vers les candidats qu'on bâtit une réputation hélas .

It's going quite fast, and they care about their values (e.g. gas)

Had to do a practical exercise after the first screening interview before the second interview with the hiring manager. It was somewhat challenging as the questions were potential real-life cases.
