First you get contacted by someone from HR and arrange an interview with someone from that team. Then you get a IQtest and a sql test and if you pas those in theory you get an interview with the Hiring Manager. I was assured both tests were really easy in special the SQL one as I mentioned I had a user level, not more. Nothing like that. Test was incredibly dificult even for someone with very good sql skills (I've checked). Never got feedback nor an answer from them, just a request to give them fedback on the interview process.
