The manager was late. I did not give me any information about the role, his company or respond to my understanding of the industry . The only interview question he asked was what I wanted to do and instantly tried to challenge my suitability. The rest of the interview was this man asking why i did not have a degree, attempting to poach landlords and trying to find holes in my cv. All in all, this man was extremely rude and his front of house staff were unprofessional and catty. I had read bad reviews from tenants, but decided to keep an open mind. After my interview, I understand why people have had bad experiences with this company. Not only that, but I worry for landlords and tenants alike who choose glocal, particularly international students. I have have no idea how this man feels he is running a professional and reputable business. For what little time I was there, i got the feeling it was in no way a professional atmosphere, manipulation and rife with bullying, i cannot understand why anyone would elect to work there.
