2 hour interview process with multiple employees from the company. They advertised the job as remote in the job description, then during interview process they said it was hybrid. One person I interviewed with had zero personality, did not crack a smile once, felt very uncomfortable during that portion on the interview.

In the interview, we explored the company culture and the role expectations, and I inquired about team dynamics and growth opportunities. Overall, I think it was a positive and engaging conversation.
