First was operational round second taken by client and 3rd was taken by higher management 1st round was very tough 2nd was lil easy and 3rd was very easy

It's two phase process. One with HR and another one is technical. They normally ask for entries and some knowledge of AIF funds mainly for US based funds as in Real estate or PE.
