Interview
Two telephone interview to by personnel/hiring people. Asked the same kind of general questions and asked to do a test which was for a different position (map analyst). After this a Skype interview by a manager.

My previous experiences and what kind of language skills I have. People skills as well as the job was needed to deal with customer service on the phone sometimes.

Interview
There were 3 levels. First is through the phone with headhunter, next phone call with HR and finally video interview with the team manager. They were all friendly and encouraging.

Interview
Set up a skype audio interview. The interviewer gave a brief descriptions of the job itself and asked several questions about myself, experience and basic IT knowledge. It took around 20 minutes. Was offered the online test, finished it and was given the result the following day.
