It was not what I expected. I was there with about 8-10 other people. I went into an office and spoke with a nice women for about 5 min. She had only been there 6 months and performing interviews. I wouldn't even call it an interview really. I was then sent to a meeting room with about 8 other people and we were given a quick background on the agency and parent company. It went into what you would be doing which is basically taking 100 leads you are given provided on your phone and has the route mapped out. It's a sales job and you have to deal with the customers from there on out with pretty much everything I think even down to taking the claim. This is selling life insurance to companies/business. They kicker is this is a 1099 job - you are self employed. You have to use your own car, phone, get a laptop and your life insurance license. You get credit for miles driven. Seem like nice and positive people, but too many red flags for me. I have been in the insurance industry for over 15 years and have been employed at large companies. You are not part of their organization since are you not their employee. It's a pyramid scheme. I don't feel like they were honest about the interview process or about the job. It's not company I would want to be a part of.

Very robust and vast. They were polite and attentive. I enjoyed listening to the introduction and getting to know the product suite. Very enlightening and best of all its geared towards betterment of people's lives.
