I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life (McKinney, TX) in May 2019
Interview
I was excited to receive an interview with the recruiter. I complete the first one and was told I would receive contact in 2 days. The hr rep calls me but tells me to come interview for another role. This should have been the first red flag. I oblige. We scheduled the second interview for a different role. I come early for the interview (red flag 2) the interviewer isn’t available. The recruiter tries to get me to go for sales positions in which I decline and we schedule another interview to meet with the manager that didn’t show up.The previous day. I go in for the interview the next day, I have a great experience and I’m told to wait outside. They tell me I got the job and I’m put in a room and fill out 3 hours of paperwork. Both the hr rep and another woman walk me through everything. They also provide me my start date and paperwork for my drug test and informed me I’ll receive my offer letter in 24 hours. I go complete the drug test not even 24 hours later no letter. I assume since it’s heading into the weekend I’ll call Monday. Monday comes still no letter and no call. I reach out to said hr rep. He tells me I didn’t get the job and he had me first to contact for the day. The position they hired me for is in a different location that he doesn’t have control over. Its 11am at this point. He informs me he will try to get me in for interviews with sales department and would contact me later that day. He ghost me. Doesn’t respond to my calls or messages. Needless to say I wouldn’t want anyone to fall prey to Globelife scheme. You would think they would have the heart to after misinforming me of their error or lying to me about me getting a job to tell me more or even try to place me. DO NOT APPLY. It isn’t worth the frustration.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life (Dallas-Fort Worth) in May 2026
Interview
Getting the interview was not difficult. But, the interview was rescheduled multiple times due recruitment scheduling conflicts. Seemed unorganized. The process felt unprofessional. The interview took over two weeks to happen.
It's not actually a customer service position. They try to rope you into sales which requires an insurance license. They advertise opportunities for employment under many different job descriptions, but it all comes back to insurance sales
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life (McKinney, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Super easy and quick. The HR rep John has been great throughout the whole process. Consistently keeping me updated. We talked for a few minutes before he knew exactly what he wanted and how I could benefit from the company and vice versa
