Interview process was highly unprofessional. Before any discussions, directly received an email invite for the interview. Glad, I regularly checked all the emails. Interview happened and it went great. Dropped email for feedback. No replies. After 10 days got a call from HR that L1 is cleared. L2 scheduled next day. It went well. Again no feedback from HR. After multiple follow ups got to know that L2 cleared. Still waiting for an answer after that. No response after taking all the details. Not picking calls also.

First of all they do a short interview to explain the job description, who they are and what benefits they have. The entire interview takes place in total harmony, giving you a feeling of empathy. They want to know your experience and what your career timeline has been like. Then they do an interview in English to see how you handle it. Then they schedule a second interview with the technical area to verify our knowledge. In this technical interview, both testing and development questions come. Even if everything has happened perfectly, they schedule a third interview (the one that gives you a little feedback and your categorization by the judging team): If it went well, you receive a job offer, if it went bad, they explain where the mistakes were and what It is what needs to be improved in a next interview that could be in at least 6 months. When mentioning the offer they need you to say "Yes, I accept" so that they can have the commitment to have you in their plans and they can schedule another interview that this time is internal with the client project that you can fit into. From there you are already within the company and this process of fitting into one of the various projects that are handled internally, it can take at least two weeks for you to be able to start working.
