I was contacted through linkedin and was appointed for an interview with hr. The interview included the classic "strenghts vs weaknesses" questions and the interviewer inquired about my experience: what were my achievements and my failures at work. I answered really vaguely because I was a bit nervous, so I got an answer in about a week stating that I did not meet the requirements for the position. I was too junior for the position at that moment, so I did not recevie an offer. The interviewer was chill so I'd say the experience was overall positive.
