Interview
The first interview was with HR. It was a positive interview and they scheduled a technical one 10 days later.
This one was with a senior Project Manager. Both were on site.

Question 1
The questions where centered mostly on cost management and how to make the project as lucrative as possible. It made me feel that the focus of the PM was solely economic, and not too much team-oriented.
Preguntas simples no preguntaron muchas cosas, pero creo qeu lo mas importante fue si estaba trabajando en ese momento, buscan robar puestos de otras empresas por encima de todo, Entrevista bastante floja

Tuve una entrevista con hr, fue bien, luego tuve una con un product manager y la entrevista fue muy técnica, hablamos de experiencia y de un caso practico que previamente realice. Dijeron que en 2 días iba a tener respuesta, que ellos siempre responden y que no dejan a nadie en el limbo de no saber que paso. Efectivamente, nunca volvieron a decir nada mas
Proceso super caótico a lo largo de meses.
Parece que no hay una estructura clara, cuando surge un proyecto te llaman para ver si puedes salvarlos. Muy poca comunicación entre RRHH y los qu entrevistan, les habían pasado un perfil muy diferente a mi experiencia
