Interview
The interview was supposed to be tedious but expected. A screening call from HR, portfolio shortlisting from design team, technical interview, an assignment and then a gatekeeper round as they say. But it took a hell out of me as it lasted for approx 3 months up till assignment round before they vanished and then came back with a sorry figure that your profile wasn't found fit.
The screening itself (HR+Portfolio) took more than 2 months, then technical interview happened and results came pretty quickly, I qualified it and they asked for an assignment with a 3 day deadline but took 3-4 weeks to revert with a sorry figure. How shameless that they didn't even bother to provide a feedback after taking a life out of me.
I felt their behaviour extremely unprofessional and too selfish without giving any thoughts about the candidate. But in the end, you feel helpless and can't do anything. At some point, I even felt they just asked for an assignment to some ideas and nothing else (maybe that is the truth).
I wish there was a candidate-centric portal where you could report such companies/teams and any action could be taken.

Question 1
Mostly revolving around UX process. They wanted to understand your core UX knowledge. lasted for 1.30 hrs
Fiz duas entrevistas, uma com o RH e outra com o time técnico, e mais uma terceira conversa rápida em relação ao feedback e intenção de proposta. Em ambas as entrevistas todos os profissionais foram super simpáticos, conduziram de uma forma leve e descontraída. Na última conversa, o RH me apresentou o salário proposto pra vaga, deu um ótimo feedback em relação à entrevista técnica e me instruiu pra aguardar um futuro contato quando encontrassem um possível cliente, mas que esse processo poderia demorar um pouco. Isso já fez bem mais de seis meses e não recebi um retorno, seja negativo ou positivo, então infelizmente talvez não tenha ido pra frente mesmo. Uma pena pois fiquei super animada com a oportunidade e compromisso da empresa.

Perguntas relacionadas à situações de trabalho, contar um pouco sobre minha trajetória e experiência profissional. Na entrevista técnica, 100% em inglês, perguntou sobre situações técnicas de dia a dia do cargo, como lida com imprevistos, prazos apertados, etc.
Una entrevista compleja que duró alrededor de una hora, con diferentes representantes de producto haciendo preguntas al mismo tiempo, diferente. Justo lo que uno no se espera. Al final un caso práctico (out of the box)

It was a great experience, though a bit lengthy—five interviews in total, plus one focused on explaining my portfolio (no challenge involved). The recruiter was super friendly, and the team had a really chill and welcoming vibe!
