Went throught 3 rounds of interview - with HR, one of the senior leadership members and another product manager. Overall process took more than a month with almost 2 weeks gap between each interview feedback. The HR contact was very friendly and kept me in the loop. After the last interview I was supposed to here back in 2 weeks but did not receive any update. When I followed up, there was no response. Basically, I was just ghosted by them. Such a terrible candidate experience! I understand that we get ghosted sometimes after the first round, but not after 3 rounds and weeks of waiting. Candidates also invest a lot of time in interviews and waiting for feedback, whether its a yes or no. Communication is one of the basic, fundamental skill that someone especially in TA should have and unfortunately, it would a total disappointment and waste of my time.
