Approachable, to the point, transparent, and quick. Thankfully just a few behavioral questions. Screening with recruiter, interview with the manager, and a shadow with the team lead. Took about two weeks from application to offer
Phone interview and video interview. They ask questions about your background and experience. They ask some questions about your knowledge with AR and billing related things. It's not super intense, & they seemed nice
