I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Noida) in May 2024
Interview
Got a call from Recruiter for the Java Developer position. In the initial discussion current CTC and Expected CTC are finalized and Recruiter moved ahead with technical interviews.
Given 2 rounds of technical interviews 1.5-2 hrs. each and cleared both of them, Recruiter ghosted me and after multiple follow-ups she said your expected salary is high and since I wanted to join GlobalLogic, I reduced my expectations and then went for 2 more round, One is for Managerial round(1.5 hrs.) and HR discussion and cleared both of them and salary is also discussed.
Then again, no response from Recruiter for a week and after multiple follow-ups Recruiter said they don't have a budget and if you want to join GlobalLogic then join in the same CTC as your current CTC.
So basically, GlobalLogic is wasting candidates time and hopes for a position that they can't offer.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Pune) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview was scheduled for 1 hour, but it started around 30 minutes late and lasted only about 20 minutes. The interviewer focused mainly on basic concepts like microservices and Java collections. However, the interaction felt rushed, and some questions were repeated multiple times. The overall experience could have been more structured and professional, with better communication and time management. Feedback was shared very quickly without much discussion.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Virtudes) in Mar 2025
Interview
Proceso tedioso, muchas prueba para que al final el cliente hiciera preguntas muy antiguas que no van con lo nuevo en tecnología de vanguardia, múltiples filtros para no llegar a nada, mucho regateo del salario

Question 1
Versiones antiguas que ya no vienen ni aportan en el desarrollo
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GlobalLogic in Oct 2024
Interview
I've had 2 bad technical interviews in my life, and both were in GlobalLogic. Two years ago it was an interview with 45 minutes of theory and 45 minutes of live coding with many different tasks. Now it has become even worse, I've had almost 1,5 hours of live coding and a little of theoretical questions. It's really the only company from my experience that practices so long live-coding sessions and even without any notifications about this.
