Consisted of 6 rounds. 1 test 2 interviews in Noida. Then another test and 2 more interviews with client. The process was highly unprofessional. - After having 6 lengthy rounds, the hr and manager do not even have the courtesy to drop an email regarding the outcome. -The point of contact called me at 12 in the noon and asked me to attend interview within 2 hours time (on a weekday). I have a job and other engagements as well. Any interview should be scheduled prior at an agreed upon time. -The client that took interview was a non-technical person asking tech questions from a list. There are multiple ways to approach an SQL problem and when I mentioned another way( which wasn't in her list), she called it wrong.
