Interview
I was fresh out of university, but during that I've worked with one of their project managers, so he knew my abilities and knowledge. That's why I didn't have any interview. I expressed an interest that I would like to work there and they've made me an offer immediately, which I've accepted.

Everything happened in 4 days. They contacted me in LinkedIn, the next day I had a call wit HR. The day after a technical interview. The day after an online test, related to the client project. The day after, an interview with the client. After 4 days I got the rejection message, but it was a smooth process nevertheless.

Question are avarage for the interview but the MR. round was too difficult to handle like the question are jumping out and was really confused during the answer mainly the coding questions are hard
La entrevista fue grupal (alrededor de 30 personas y previo a la pandemia) para entrar a un bootcamp como trainee.
La entrevista fue en la oficina, enfrente de un grupo de gente de la práctica y de recursos humanos.
Nos hicieron hacer juegos con Legos de "armar casas segun el requerimiento" en grupo y despues un examen escrito individual de programación en un lenguaje a elección.
En total: 2 horas y media de entrevista.
A mi parecer, fue llevadero y divertido, excepto por el examen.
