I applied online and the hiring manager contacted me in a week. I did a one-hour presentation and interview with 7 different people, 30 mins for each person, the interviewees were all very friendly. The interview question was pretty easy all about your resume. However, after about 3 weeks, they gave me a rejection for no reason.
