I applied online. I interviewed at GlobalData (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
I tried my best to get there but they were not helpful in terms of directions, the interview was very blunt and I thought the staff were too direct. The environment looked a bit like a boiler room. All in all I wasn't best pleased.
10/10 experience.
Recruiter was brilliant from start to finish, excellent communication and a joy to work with.
Entire sales team was a pleasure, decisive, honest and didn't leave you wondering.
Couldn't rate the process highly enough.
The process was frustrating. Unfortunately, communication was sparse which made it hard to schedule the interviews.
There was no clarity on the start date or role expectations/ responsibilities. Role expectations and Job Title changed from what was posted. People seemed nice, but it did not seem like they were organized or ready to hire for the position.

Question 1
The challenge wasn't the questions, it was the inability to schedule follow-up interviews in a timely fashion.
completely disorganized. push off calls to people in other departments that were mostly irrelevant to the role. no follow up for clarity on next steps. they need to cut ties with their 3rd party recruiters
