I recently completed a multi-stage interview process with GlobalData, which included a graduate assessment day and a role-play interview. While both sessions were engaging and the staff I interacted with were genuinely kind and professional during the process, I found the overall experience lacking in communication. After participating in multiple rounds, I waited over two weeks before receiving a rejection without any interim updates or constructive feedback. In my opinion, this lack of timely communication and closure reflects a misalignment with the level of professionalism expected in a candidate-centric hiring process.
