I had two rounds of interviews along with a presentation. Then got an automated rejection weeks later.
Recruiters and hiring managers need to be more respectful of candidates. A personal call or e-mail would have been the most appropriate and professional thing to do.

Interview
Met with the recruiter via audio call, moved me to the next step which was meeting the hiring manager. She said she only wanted to have a conversational call and not focus much on skills. After our call she said she’d give feedback to the recruiter and move to the next step which is to speak with her director about skills and overall experience. And this morning I get an email from HR saying they decided not to move forward with me. How is that even possible when they didn’t ever ask me questions about the skills and experience? Makes no sense. Not only is it a waste of my time, but also hyped me up when I’ve been struggling to land any job. I’ve been ghosted ever since. Truly unprofessional people here.
