Global Industrial interview questions

One of the worst and most frustrating interview processes I’ve ever experienced. They were looking for a UX Designer with technical expertise, which was completely fine. However, their hiring process was extremely unprofessional. They outsourced recruitment to an external agency and assigned me two separate projects involving redesigning product pages with both design and code deliverables. Honestly, the entire process felt exploitative. After investing significant time and effort into completing full-scale assignments, they simply responded with “not shortlisted” with no feedback or explanation whatsoever. What made it worse was that the entire process stretched over a month for just two design-and-code assignments.
