Recently, I attended an interview for a Social Media Marketing role at a global healthcare billing partner organization. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.
The interview process was lengthy, taking more than 3 hours, and involved multiple rounds of discussion.
In addition, I was assigned five social media–related tasks with a strict 24-hour deadline.
Despite the tight timeline, I completed and submitted all tasks on time. However, after investing nearly 10 days in the process, I received a rejection without clear feedback.
The process felt time-consuming and poorly structured.
