Global Health Corps Communications Assistant interview questions

The interview was about an hour long over the phone. The interviewer was a former employee who had held the same position I was applying for. The tone of the interview was conversational and unstructured- he would often speak at length about his own experiences instead of making it purely question-driven. At times it felt more like a chat than an interview, which was a bit nerve-wracking because it made it hard to fit critical information in about my work experience.
