The interview process was very thorough with questions to ensure I was the right cultural fit for the company and they are the right fit for me. The setting was relaxed and I felt I was listened to.

They asked me to explain my key strengths and weaknesses. They asked me to discuss a mistake I have made and how I managed to overcome this and learn from this.

No interview. You are called by their hired 'recruitment company' ladies that will promise you the moon and they will speak so highly of this company when in fact...they will prove you how not that nice they are. and they will send you for your 1st day of work.

Interview
The process was more drawn out than necessary as the management team appeared to reverse decisions made on the strategy and direction of the company.
This had the effect of making the company appear indecisive. In reality I suspect it is on the cusp of establishing its direction.
