Called for interview though without any reimbursement policy as it was supposed to be in the same city. Initail first round level interview was ok asking more on subject not related to expertise of the person ( Interviewer) as he was from HR. Nothing was talked about HR, culture, people , skill etc. More the talk was about product and technicalities.
Second round with higher level was more superficial and the clarity was lacking for the role. The interviewer was garppling with answers for people, ovarlapping roles, future scope, skill levels and retention issues. Depth was missing.
