Had initial Zoom interview which went really well. Had a follow up question which was answered promptly. Then two weeks went by with no communication. Sent a follow up e-mail which was replied to 4 days later stating the position had been filled. It would have been nice and professional to have e-mailed me when I was no longer in consideration instead of waiting weeks with no follow up.
