I wish I'd read Glassdoor before accepting the interview, but I'm glad I had this first chaotic interview and realized at the first moment it was not a good plan to move on with the process. Be aware.
There was absolutely no preparation from the employer. I had my first interview with someone from HR. I was told that if I wanted a quiet place to work, it was not my place. Also, I was told that all the marketing strategies provided by other marketing team members who are no longer in the company were useless. Branding does not work; content does not work, and they were all fluffy marketing stuff.
The person who interviewed me also was straightforward in saying that other team members in different countries make less money, so the position I interviewed for would need to prove its value.
Terrible process, no personal skills at all from the interviewer.
The interview was not to access my knowledge but to get easy answers to their current problems. Again, I'm happy I had this first chaotic interview because, based on first impressions, it does not seem like a good place to work.
