Advertised as two steps, one with HR and then one following a situational exercise. Ended up being more steps than that. But interviews were focused, relevant, and the people were friendly. Good communication from HR.

Tell us about a time you had to manage competing urgent deadlines, when you did not have the ability to get senior guidance on how to manage. How did you handle the situation?
2 interviews and a test.
The process was very smooth and the interview process was clear.
The test was 2 hours and they got back to me very quickly on the result.

How my previous experience will help in this role and what are some areas that I might need support on.
Submitted an application, I then had a short telephone interview. In the next stage I had to complete a timed written task which I was emailed at a specified time and had to complete within an hour. I was then invited to a final video interview.
