It was an interesting interview and the hiring manager made me feel comfortable . The interview was interactive and the process took about two weeks. I also had assessments and interview with the team members where I was asked situational questions
The HR sends an invitation for the technical interview which will normally be a coding session. If you perform well in the interview, you'll receive a second interview invitation from HR, this time it will be a question-and-answer session with the Engineering Manager or the CTO to see better if you really know your onions. After this, it's simply the next phase with HR after which an offer will be proposed for you to accept, decline or even negotiate.
It was a normal interview, normal question and answer session. they ask you technical and behavioral questions. Overall, it was average. Ensure to ask at least a question at the end of the interview.
