Interview
The interview process started with a telephone call informing the date and venue of the interview. On the day of the interview there where five people sitting on the panel mostly the Deans of the various ministry of manpower colleges of technologies in Oman. It went on for an hour and was very cordial.

Interview was brief, needed to prove my language proficiency and communication skills for instructor position. Skill set discussed for other job opportunities.
