The process includes an initial interview with a recruiter,
two technical interviews – the first is to present a project you have worked on,
the second is to design a game,
followed by reference checks and an HR interview.

Question 1
During the interview, I was asked to present a project I had worked on in my previous job and to sketch it. The interviewer asked follow-up questions about the rationale behind our decisions, such as why we chose a particular approach.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gloat (New York, NY) in Sept 2023
Interview
Interview process was three months long. I was asked about 100 behavioral questions. There were also some demographic questions such as whether or not I had children or if I was taking care of elderly parents that should not have been asked. I was also asked about my ethnic background, which I did not think was appropriate.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gloat
Interview
It was very intense and lengthly - meeting with managers all the way to the VP. I think I had five in total. They weren't exceptionally long but definitely tough and required critical thinking. Many were conversational versus having strong interview questions.
