I interviewed over the phone. Guy was kind of awkward and difficult to talk to, though I get nerves during interviews so that probably didn't help. He asked me a system design question that IMO was pretty open-ended but I got the feeling he was searching for a specific answer. Oh yeah, and this was specifically supposed to be an introduction call with no technical questions asked.
